The Journal of Law and Social Deviance publishes articles about the interplay of law and socially deviant behavior. We are interested in how law creates, inhibits, or challenges deviant behavior, especially as it evolves from, responds to, or inspires art, the animal kingdom, the body, fashion or design, religion, pop culture, propaganda, sex, terrorism, and youth or youth movements.
